All our rooms have been decorated to a high standard and we have tried to include everything we can to make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Every room has beautiful countryside views over rolling farmland to the sea in the distance at the mouth of the river Dart. One of the doubles and the twin room have lovely balconies.

Breakfast
The key to a good breakfast is freshness and we are very spoiled for fresh local produce in The South Hams, especially here in Dittisham. The ingredients for a superb English breakfast are all available here with locally sourced sausages, bacon and eggs topping the list. In addition we always have a selection of cereals, fruit and fruit juices, good quality teas and ground coffee.

If a traditional English breakfast is not your desire, perhaps you would prefer poached, or scrambled eggs. Or tomatoes, mushrooms or beans on toast? Perhaps you would prefer a continental-style breakfast of cheese and ham? (Continental Breakfast by prior arrangement only)Whatever you fancy just ask, if we can do it we will be happy to oblige.
Relax in our cosy guest lounge where we have included several facilities and conveniences to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
To welcome you on arrival or at the end of a hard day’s fun you can help yourself to teas, coffee and biscuits (or cake when available), We also have an "Honesty Bar" which you can help yourself too.
There is also a small refrigerator with plenty of fresh milk for your tea or coffee. One of our pet hates is those little plastic pots of UHT milk found in many hotels and b&b’s, and usually issued in severely rationed quantities. You won’t find them here – only fresh milk and in decent quantity will do!
If you have items that require refrigeration, please ask and we will put them in our larger refrigerator/s.
Use our permanent broadband connection in the lounge area and your room, to access the internet via the Free Wi Fi.
There is a selection of board games and plenty of books that you are very welcome to borrow along with local maps and guides.
