Events
Here are some specific events not to be missed…..
Dartmouth Royal Regatta
Always held over the last weekend of August this has become one of the largest events of its type in the country. In addition to a wide variety of sailing and rowing events there are fantastic air displays, fireworks and markets to enjoy. Why not stay for the whole week and enjoy the build-up to the main events on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There is a real advantage in staying outside the Town as parking during Regatta Week is virtually impossible. (Private parking space is available in Dartmouth for guests staying with us) Book early to avoid disappointment. www.dartmouthregatta.co.uk
Dartmouth Music Festival
Held every year during early May. Since the Festival’s inception in 1998, it’s eclectic mix of orchestral, rock, choral, blues, opera, folk, jazz etc., has won the hearts of both locals and visitors alike and become one of the star events in Dartmouth’s calendar.
