From £99.00 per night - Sunday Nights to Thursday Nights……..
Friday and Saturday Nights £109.00, (all based on two people sharing the room) We do not take single night bookings at weekends from June to October, single night bookings at any time are £10 per night extra.
Low season offers are available November to February special rates for stays longer than 3 nights...Please enquire when booking!
Terms
Deposit
A deposit of £25 per room per night should made as soon as possible after making your reservation. We are currently unable to accept card payments over the phone or internet. Payment can be made by internet banking (BACS) Cheque or PAY PAL
Cancellation
For bookings made on-line, guests should refer to the terms and conditions applicable to the specific website through which the booking was made. For bookings made directly with us, in the event of cancellation more than 21 days prior to arrival the deposit is fully refundable. If you have to cancel within 21 days of arrival the deposit is fully refundable unless we are unable to re-let the accommodation. We recommend considering insurance to cover the unexpected!
Payment of Balance
The balance is payable on departure. We accept most major credit and debit cards as well as cash or cheque and Pay Pal.
Children
Downton Lodge is not suitable for children under 16 years of age.
Pets
We’re sorry but we do not accept pets.
Smoking
Downton Lodge is a non-smoking house.
Arrival
We will assume guests will arrive sometime between 4pm and 6pm unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
Departure
To enable us to prepare thoroughly for our next guests we would ask that rooms are vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
