Fabulous stay!
I had a wonderful stay at Downton Lodge, everything was perfect. The bed was super comfy and the room lovely and cosy. Andrew was the perfect host, he could not do enough to make sure I had everything I needed. He cooked a delicious breakfast every day that started with his homemade muesli with fresh fruit and yoghurt. There was a lovely little living area on the landing where you can make tea/ coffee and get an alcoholic drink if you want to, using the honesty bar. The lodge is in a beautiful area and is a very restful place to stay, I highly recommend it. Thanks to Andrew and Martin for creating such a lovely place to stay!
